Monica is 2D figurative fine artist. Her main inspiration stems from cultural and global issues which impact our lives and our world. She looks for universal concepts that transcend cultural boundaries

Her work ranges from playful abstract representations to realism and portraiture. Her French background influences her mind’s eye, love of language, the arts and how history and society affect them. Today, she resides in northern Virginia where she creates love in her studio.
